Tomorrow is a new measurement day in my fitness program.
I am really looking forward to see if there is any change yet, it’s a exciting and important journey for me.
I’ve been working out hard.. almost puked at the workout because i was so tired. I also started eating less and drinking more ( mostly green tea and water. )
If I have gotten good result I am gonna make a foodplan/diet just to be more strict with myself.
Now I’m only hoping for the best 😀
