I have been working my ass off lately and still i get almost no results.
My waist measurement is almost the same, hopefully because my body is swollen and my “ladies time” is right around the corner. And because I managed to overdrink today, 5 liters of water.
I have gained weight!
Well I know muscles weigh more than fat,but still I hoped I would drop some kiloes.
Luckily my ass is getting bigger I just don’t know how and were to measure it XD
And my bodyfat percentage have gone from 27 % and all the way down to 23 %.
