Suicide workout !

I’ll admit that I’m not very fit nor very strong.
And today I will be doing a suicide workout!

I’m gonna do:

50 jumping jacks (easy enough)

80 + 80 mountain climbers

40 high knees

100 times 15 sec supermans ( believe me,it’s a lot and it’s hard)

160 squats (my legs are gonna die :/ )

40 + 40 + 50 + 50 sit ups ( DEAD )

30 bridges

8 sets 10 reps of lunges

40 + 40 and 50 + 50 crunches

6 sets 50 reps seated knee hug crunches

6 sets 6 reps parallel pull up

6 sets 6 reps wide pull up

6 sets 6 reps dips

10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 side lateral raise

10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 front raise

10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 standing shoulder press

10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 standing upright row

and glute kick backs

40kg 6 reps    4 times

55kg 6 reps     4 times

70kg 6 reps     4 times

30kg 15 reps    4 times

I hope I don’t die from this XD
